After years of memorable rides, I finally decided to upgrade my MTB cycle. My journey began in June 2021, when I purchased the COMIC 27.5-inch MTB with Dual Disc Braking System and a 2×7 Gear Setup from JBC, Navallur. While the customer service and product availability at the store left me disappointed, the cycle itself was a true companion—never failing me through sunshine or rain.
From June 2021 to September 2025, I clocked an incredible 20,671 kilometers with minimal maintenance—just six punctures in total. Every ride was a celebration of resilience and joy.
On 30th September 2025, I visited the Tambaram Store at 5:20 PM, where Mr. Mohan patiently addressed all my queries regarding service and upgrades. He suggested I visit the Velachery Store for the best exchange value. When the repair estimate touched ₹15,000, he wisely recommended considering a new cycle.
I truly appreciate the value-added guidance and the respectful service I received. I chose the Rockfire 27.5-inch MTB, and the team ensured timely delivery as per my request. The technician from Odissa was humble and thorough, inspecting every part and encouraging a trial ride before final payment.
Though the exchange offer was ₹3,000, it didn’t matter—because the support from the entire store staff was exceptional. I had meaningful conversations with technicians who carried over 20 years of experience, and their passion was evident.
At 7:08 PM, the handover was complete. I mounted my new ride and began a fresh chapter.
