The salesperson Nishanth explained everything with patience without showing any disapproval. He was very transparent about the vehicle's pros and cons. Most appropriate and authentic place to enquire and purchase cycles of any type, brand and for any age group. This shop of Just Buy Cycles was earlier located near Valluvar Gurukulam school on GST Road where I purchased an Avon Cyclux 26 inch white colour All Terrain bicycle long time ago (may be 7 to 8 years ago). Even during that purchase the store staff helped us in selecting the right model and the technician fitted out the carrier and front basket on to the Avon Cyclux cycle which am still using(it was also the first time i was introduced to a Hero Lectro electric cycle displayed at the store and its various features like cost, battery operation/charging, working method etc.). Recently visited this store located on GST Road in Tambaram Sanatorium opposite GRT Jewellers shop to inquire about an electric cycle with a step through frame, removable battery, back carrier, full metal mudguards and front basket, so that it can be easily used even by my senior citizen father. Mr. Vignesh, the sales person at this store showed us two brands namely EMotorad and Hero Lectro with the required features. The EMotorad STX brand e-cycle was preferred over Hero Lectro brand, since it was fitted with a more comfortable saddle, company fitted full metal mud guards, disc brakes on both wheels (Hero Lectro brand had disc brakes only on front wheel with normal rubber brakes on rear wheel) and suspension fork for front wheels(Hero Lectro brand step through model offers a rigid front fork). Mr. Vignesh informed us that we can buy front basket through online shopping sites (like Amazon) and it can be fitted on to the e-cycle along with the back carrier (which Just Buy Cycles would provide at extra cost) at the time of purchase/delivery. We came back home along with the EMotorad catalogue and Just Buy Cycles card and ordered the front basket on Amazon. Meanwhile we booked the EMotorad STX model by paying an advance of Rs.500/- two days later, as the front basket would take two weeks to deliver. Once the front basket was delivered we called Just Buy Cycles as instructed by Mr. Nishant (store staff), so that they would be ready to unpack, fit out and deliver our e-cycle. Mr. Satish(store technician) was the person who fitted out all the accessories (like front basket, back carrier, complimentary Bell and wire lock)on to the EMotorad STX model cycle after unpacking it. Before delivery Mr. Satish demonstrated how the controls on the e-cycle work. I had a problem in restarting the e-cycle control display after bringing it home, since I had not mounted the removable battery on it correctly after removing, which Mr. Nishant sorted out over a video call. Overall a very satisfying experience in purchasing an e-cycle after enquiry. I would like to mention here that this store on GST Road is exclusively for sales of electric Cycles of various brands like EMotorad, Hero Lectro, Pedaleze, Ninety One, Cypro and others. They have another shop located on Kannan Street behind GRT Jewellers shop which sells all other kinds/types of non-electric, geared, non geared cycles for all ages, cycle accessories (like air pump, lock, bell, helmet, seat cover etc.) and also provides after sales service to both electric and other Cycles. All types of cards, UPI and QR code based payments are accepted here. It is important to note that the warranty of any electic cycle purchased would be valid and can be availed only when it is registered online by purchaser/customer on the respective e-cycle brand company website within a stipulated period from the purchase date (in case of EMotorad this period is 25 days).
