Just Buy Cycles, it's a good place to buy the cycles. Here I have bought two cycles, both of my experience was excellent. Sales manager explanation about which cycle is suitable and explaining in detail about the usage of each and every model is really appreciating one. Also mechanical technician was excellent in fixing everything at the best, billing was so clear and smooth without any confusions. Also explained in detail about AMC and service details.
Moreover in addition to this, Customer Care Service person 'Ms.Reshma' called after two weeks of buying cycle and enquired about cycle and it's condition which feels like Just Buy Cycles is not just selling the cycles they do regular follow up ensuring customer satisfaction and happiness.

I bought emotorad ma dhoni 07 legend limited edition e cycle from Anna nagar just buy cycles.
The customer care is good ... Reshma from just buy cycles customer care contacted me to inwuire the condition of the cycle.
I said to her that the pedal assist and throttle nice occasionally glitches and won't work...
I don't know the issue but it would be good to have it rectified as soon as possible.
I post here when I got any solution or fixes

We have bought 3 cycles from Just Buy.
2 manual pedaling cycles and 1 Electric : Hero Electra H 5+.
I would like to mention that they have a good network of Branches and an Excellent Customer service dept especially a special mention about Ms Reshma. After a couple of months the display in my electric cycle was indicating erratic data. When I had received a Customer feedback call from Reshma, I casually mentioned about my display problem and it was meticulously followed up by her and it was replaced with a new display at a free of cost at the Anna nagar service centre as it was within warranty period.
Hats off to this wonderful service. I have now almost crossed 1000kms with this Hero Electra H 5+ and it's a value for money bike indeed. Just Buy Cycles also has wide range of models to choose our specific requirement.
