The shop was well managed. The faculty helped me through every step in buying the cycle(from choosing to buying).I had a minor problem with the cycle, but it was fixed in no time with no such bad comments but rather supportive and professional behaviour.I was also provided with 2 free of cost service tickets.Everyone including the sales technical manager, the technician, the customer care service(Mrs Reshma as I remember) were very supportive.

Yesterday I purchased bicycles for my two kids, the salesperson Mr Anataraman was very co operative and patience in handling kids and very helpful, even the lady saleswomen alao very helpful as she called us once the collections came.
