So far I had my the best customer experience at this store. The staff patiently listened to what I needed, and allowed me to see all the products available. I would have the most expensive products pushed to me, and no time to breath, and think about what is it that I really want, wherever else I would go.
I truly enjoy cycling around Kollam. The e-bike allows me to keep up with the tempo no matter if it's hot, uphill, or when Im just tired after the long route.
I particularly enjoyed the meet up with other cyclists during one of the events organised by the owner of the store. It warms my hart knowing that there's a community promoting eco friendly cumuting just like in Europe!
