I recently bought a bicycle from Just Buy Cycle, and their after-sales service has been absolutely top-notch. Right after bringing the cycle home, the new tire tube got damaged and lost all its air. I tried refilling it twice, but it kept going flat. I took the cycle back to the shop, and they immediately replaced it with a brand-new tube completely free of cost.
To my surprise, about a month later, I received a follow-up call from Reshma in customer care to check if I was facing any issues and to ask for feedback. She was incredibly professional. I mentioned to her that I hadn't received the soft copy of my invoice yet, and she forwarded the electronic invoice to me immediately after the call.
Excellent customer service and highly professional team.
