We brought bycycle for my son in this store. They have varities of cycles for all age groups. Product quality is good. Once you choosen yours, they themselves will do the preliminary checks, overhauling and all. Even the mechanic brother taught my son about how to climb and sit in the cycle. It seems quite cute moment, I see. It defines, how well they treat customers. We have warranty also, so if any issue occurs in the cycle, they ensure to fix it. But we are happy with the quality of the cycle and our son really loving to ride it. Thank you JBC for this!
They have another store near by for electric cycles also. All the best for that also!

Mixed experience. The sales team and initial selection were great. However, the bike I bought was faulty and had multiple recurring defects, and the full refund process stalled for two months. The situation was only resolved when I escalated it to management. A huge thank you to Reshma from JBC — I received the full payment immediately after they took over the issue. Good customer-facing team, but After sales experience could be improved.

Really it is too good.
Suspension is good
Riding become easy now, especially on rough roads
Easy to change the speed mode
Battery detachable is very easy.
Now feeling that we can go to little long distance also by cycle without fear because pedel and battery both modes are there. throttle can be uses in Bridge kind of place. In normal road can be used pedel.
Improvement Area
Seat size is too small, width can be increased
Spring suspension can be provided under seat
Shock absorber can be provided with smoother in rear
